Decide what the words need to do.
If the dialogue is part of what makes the panel work, include the whole speech balloon and keep an untouched copy. Check the letters in the result rather than assuming they stayed readable.
An empty balloon can matter as a shape too. A tighter crop is useful only when it still contains the expression and gesture you came to see.
Follow the gesture through the clip.
A hand coming closer and a hand being withdrawn can tell different stories. Watch the direction and timing of the movement, then pause on the face and linework you wanted to keep.

Keep the action and the reaction
If a hand reaches toward someone, include the hand and the person it reaches toward. Leave enough of the frame to understand the glance or action.

Can I animate several panels in order?
Each Moment starts with one image. It does not turn a page into a controlled sequence of panels or provide separate shots on a timeline.
Will I get a layered CapCut project?
The download is a finished video. It is not a project with separate characters, backgrounds, speech balloons or editable motion layers.
Can I make the character say the written dialogue?
The clip includes generated sound, but this flow does not let you specify dialogue or exact lip-sync. Keep any essential dialogue separate for your own edit.
